Working at Aquamira was my first real view into the world of small business development. My tenure here taught me techniques and strategy for marketing a business on limited budgets, working in small teams where people where multiple hats, and being innovative in approaches to product design.
2014–2016 Forming a Design Team
I was initially hired at Aquamira to help create a design and marketing team while the business started to digitally market their products and establish a brand identity. In these formative years I was able to assist in the design and development of a completely new e-commerce and marketing website, a variety of tradeshow events, print marketing, packaging, and social media channels.
2017–2018 Defining a Brand Family
In 2017 work changed dramatically at Aquamira when the Geigerrig brand was added the family. To create a unified brand identity and customer experience we updated key brand elements, established our first brand style guide, and overhauled the entire online e-commerce site to unify everything.
